About Us
Our Commitment
At ABA Behavioral Group, we believe behavior support should never be one-size-fits-all. Our recommendations are grounded in science while honoring each person's individuality, dignity, and goals. We focus on building meaningful skills, strengthening support systems, and creating practical strategies that improve everyday life—not just reducing challenging behaviors.
We are committed to delivering services that are ethical, collaborative, compassionate, and measurable.
OUR PURPOSE
Practical Strategies. Real Quality of Life.
We specialize in developing practical, person-centered strategies that improve quality of life while promoting independence, dignity, and community inclusion. Our Therapeutic Consultation services are designed to support individuals receiving Virginia Developmental Disability (DD) Waiver services by collaborating with families, caregivers, residential providers, day support programs, schools, medical professionals, and interdisciplinary teams.
Services focus on reducing challenging behaviors, increasing adaptive skills, improving communication, enhancing community participation, and helping individuals achieve meaningful, individualized goals.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Assent-Based & Person-Centered
We provide compassionate, evidence-based services using Applied Behavior Analysis while recognizing the unique strengths, preferences, and needs of every individual we serve. Our practice is assent-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed, and committed to ethical, compassionate behavior-analytic services.
We prioritize collaboration, respect individual autonomy, and seek meaningful participation from those we support whenever possible.
Our Team & Approach
The team and philosophy behind ABA Behavioral Group's Therapeutic Consultation services.
ABA Behavioral Group is clinically led by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over a decade of experience helping individuals and families thrive through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis. Our leadership is grounded in a simple belief: every person deserves to be understood, supported, and given the tools to reach their full potential.
As we grow, we are building a team of compassionate, highly qualified clinicians who share this commitment — to individualized, evidence-based care that respects each person's autonomy, dignity, and quality of life.
