We're Currently Accepting New Therapeutic Consultation Referrals Throughout Virginia

Thank you for your interest in ABA Behavioral Group, LLC. We are committed to making the referral and onboarding process as simple and efficient as possible for individuals, families, Support Coordinators, and community providers.
Whether you're seeking services for yourself, a family member, or someone you support professionally, our team is here to guide you every step of the way.

Ready to Get Started? Getting started is easy!

Step 1 — Complete Our Referral Form

Download and complete the ABA Behavioral Group Referral Form. It may be completed by Support Coordinators, Parents or Guardians, Residential Providers, Physicians, Schools, Hospitals, or Other Community Providers.

Step 2 — Submit Your Referral

Once completed, email your referral and any available supporting documentation to:

Supporting documentation may include: ISP, Psychological Evaluation, SIS Assessment, VIDES, Behavior Support Plan (if applicable), FBA (if available), Medication List, Incident Reports, School Evaluations or IEP.

If you don't have all of the requested documents, don't worry; we'll work with you and your Support Coordinator to obtain any additional information needed.

What Happens Next?

Once your referral is received, our team begins the review process.

Referral Review

Our team carefully reviews the referral information to determine whether Therapeutic Consultation is appropriate based on the individual's needs and available funding.

Review & Eligibility

We review available documentation, verify funding sources, and identify any additional information needed before services begin.

BCBA Assignment

When appropriate, we carefully match the individual with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) whose experience and expertise best fit the individual's support needs.

Intake & Onboarding

Your BCBA will schedule an intake meeting to:
• Learn about the individual's strengths and goals
• Review current supports
• Discuss behavioral concerns
• Complete required onboarding paperwork
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team

Authorization & Service Initiation

Once all required documentation has been received and services are authorized (when applicable), your BCBA will begin the assessment process and Therapeutic Consultation services.
