ABA Behavioral Group, LLC provides compassionate, evidence-based Therapeutic Consultation services to eligible individuals across Central Virginia. We partner with individuals, families, Support Coordinators, Community Services Boards (CSBs), residential providers, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality behavioral consultation where it is needed most.
Services are available using in-person, telehealth, or hybrid service models, allowing us to provide flexible and accessible support based on each individual's needs.

Payment Options
We strive to make accessing services as simple as possible.
Virginia Developmental Disability (DD) Waiver
Therapeutic Consultation is covered for eligible individuals enrolled in the Family & Individual Supports (FIS) Waiver or the Community Living (CL) Waiver. ABA Behavioral Group bills Virginia Medicaid directly for authorized Therapeutic Consultation services.
Private Pay
Private payment options are available for individuals or organizations seeking behavioral consultation outside of waiver-funded services. Please contact us for current rates and scheduling availability.
Working with Support Coordinators
We regularly collaborate with Community Services Boards (CSBs), Support Coordinators, residential providers, and other community partners throughout our service area.
