Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

ABA Behavioral Group is actively seeking licensed Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs/LBAs) to join our growing team of behavioral consultants providing Therapeutic Consultation services throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.
As we continue expanding our statewide network, we welcome applications from clinicians located across Virginia who are passionate about delivering ethical, person-centered, evidence-based behavioral services.

Position Overview
Our Behavioral Consultants work with children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disabilities by providing comprehensive behavioral assessment, Positive Behavior Support Plan development, caregiver coaching, staff training, and ongoing Therapeutic Consultation services.
This position offers significant scheduling flexibility while allowing clinicians to focus on providing high-quality, individualized care that improves quality of life for the individuals and support teams they serve.
As ABA Behavioral Group continues to grow, clinicians have the opportunity to develop caseloads within their local communities while benefiting from the support of a collaborative, BCBA-owned practice.
